MOTION/VISUAL DESIGN



       /INTRO

Over the years, I have worked across a range of branding animation projects, bringing identities to life through motion for clients spanning various industries. A selected few of these projects below.
        /WORK

The work includes logo animations, brand reveal sequences, motion guidelines, rebrand sizzles, and animated assets designed to extend and express each brand's visual language.








KHWABGAAH

2024, Independent
Worked on a few animations for the beautifully crafted visual identity of Khwabgah, designed by the talented Naveed Hussain and yash prajapati . Khwabgah is a culture kitchen with a South-Asian heart, based in Amsterdam.

Khwabgah translates to 'the place of dreams' and so, with these animations, the idea was to evoke the sensation of drifting through dreams, through stars and flowers, through that hazy sweet feeling of wonder and magic a dream gives us!





Logo Animation - The logo is a beautiful amalgamation of Arabic and English scripts. The animation reveals the Arabic text as if it is being written by a paintbrush from the right to left as it is written traditionally, in parallel the English text is revealed to form the entire logo.

NIE - TIMES OF INDIA

2024, Independent
Motion and visual design work for NIE (Newspaper in Education) — a Times of India initiative that connects over 10,000 schools across the country. The branding was led by Animal, with my contribution spanning brand animations and sticker illustration design.

With early teens as the core audience, the work leans into a visual language that feels alive and energetic — animations that are fluid and expressive, paired with a bold, high-contrast illustration style built on stark colour palettes and confident outlines.

INDIATIMES

2019, Animal
Brand motion work for Indiatimes, a web-based news platform from Times of India. The branding was led by Animal, with my contribution focused on extending the identity into motion — bringing it to life across logo animations, video intros and outros, and bug animations for use across their video content.

ADIDAS CREATORS COLLECTIVE

2019, ANIMAL
Motion work extending the identity of Adidas' Creators' Collective, a community membership project celebrating remarkable creative talent. The three stripes became a canvas for video and artwork, brought together with a glitch-styled motion language that captures the raw, experimental spirit of the collective.

Trell

2021, Animal
Trell is a lifestyle videos and shopping app where you can discover latest fashion trends, makeup tutorials, fitness routines, travel videos, recipes etc. I worked on the overall motion element of the branding exercise.

Uniqlo India Launch

2019, Animal
For Uniqlo’s launch in India, Animal was asked to work on a launch campaign on social. Taking their iconic square logo and adding an extra dimension to it, we animated the ‘cubes’ in a number of interesting ways.
