Snapp is a personal project my friend and colleague Pranay and I teamed up for. The idea for Snapp started brewing back in 2018 when we were randomly clicking photos in the office with our daily phone — a Nokia 150. The idea behind this launch post was to have a sarcastic take on the myriad different tech gimmicks a smartphone camera offers and therefore takes away the human input from the photos it takes.

Visual Direction for Social Posts
A feature phone in its essence is a phone stripped of gimmicks and smart features to focus on the core experience of being able to call and text. Keeping that in mind, the visual approach I took was to take the silhouette of a Nokia 150 and only keep enough detail to make sure the essential visual features are visible enough to establish that this is a phone with a keypad.
